Meet the team
With over a decade of experience owning a yacht and racing across the Atlantic, Pete is passionate about sharing his love for sailing. Having instructed across Europe, he brings a wealth of expertise to every trip. Pete will be joined by Svea for the entire trip because it is really all about her.
Svea is a female Bernese Mountain Dog and was born in Ireland just over two years ago. She has lived her entire life on a sailing yacht and is loved by all who meet her. She goes for a run daily, a swim weekly and a sail as often as she can. She prefers foredeck to helming and eating to cooking.
Jen is not only a skilled sailing instructor but also has a passion for racing. She has two Fastnet races and the Caribbean 600 under her belt, and is eager to dive into her next epic sailing adventure.
She is beginning to like dogs, which is good as all three will be living in close quarters whilst aboard.
