Pete made it to Inverness having fought five knots of tide under Kessock Bridge. Corpach Sea Lock welcomed Rimau, Svea, and our viking. Jen joined the party later that evening and pints were enjoyed at Clachnaharry Inn. Other circumnavigators were also enjoying Scottish hospitality, so stories were swapped and friendships made. Pete accidentally left the navigation lights on, so Rimau was easy to find - see below.
Weather was far too windy to set off on Saturday time was spent replacing the battery, buying a new lead for Svea and completing the first set of Locks in order to beat the rush in the morning. Two local flotilla's had got in quickly and booked the 09:30 and 10:00 slots.
