Eyemouth

Eyemouth welcomed Pete to Scotland; however, there was little space to moor. Rafting up was the only option, so this stay ended up being shorter than originally planned. Friends treated Pete to the hospitality of Eyemouth Golf Club. Whilst this is not dog-friendly, it offers spectacular views of the coast and is less than 10 minutes from the marina - so bring your clubs.
Eyemouth marina was limited in facilities so Pete had to look for alternative arrangements. If you're familiar with our Viking, you'll know he enjoys a swim in the sea and being Swedish, he often does this in the nude. As a former police officer, I've attempted to discourage this behaviour ; however, British law permits skinny dipping as long as it doesn't cause harm or distress. Interestingly, it's only been in the last 140 years that swimwear has been used by the great British public. Pete assured me that no distress was caused, and the beach was empty—thank goodness!
